i have a 06 rtv 900 it came off of a trailer and rolled down the road afterwards it would not move in any gear.I took the hst apart and found the motor on the inboard side of the output shaft to be damaged. I replaced the motor and bearings with new ones. HST still does not work and there is no pressure at p1 or p2. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi and welcome to Net Tractor Talk. Glad you found us. :thumb:

You have come to the right place. We have quite a few knowledgeable folks here who have done just about everything with their RTV. I have an 06 RTV 900. Great machine. One of the experts should be along shortly.

Oh wow. Bummer.

I'm with Doc, hope someone chimes in with advice. But understand, you are in way deeper than most website dwellers.

Hope an answer can be found. I'm curious as to the problem.

Me to i would pull the trans and take it apart to see if i could find any more damaged parts but i can turn the output shaft by hand and the wheels turn. I've done all of the checks thats in the wsm for the swash plates and valves, everything looks fine.

Any chance you sheared the splines on the axles? Dropping it off a moving trailer would put a lot of stress on them.

I don't believe but I will look into that. still trying to figure out why I have no pressure at p1 and p2. Does the charge pump create the pressure needed?
