just got my new 1140 in Camo a couple days ago, well actually had it for a day the the starter went. it's getting replaced at the dealer now, but that;s another story. My thoughts are to have the box done with a spray on bedliner, anyone tried this? I'm a little concerned about messing up the tranformation process from 2 - 4 passenger.

I've never spray lined an RTV but I have done it in a pick up truck. I also sprayed a layer on the underside of my snowcat and also on the inside of my snowcat too.
If you have a modest size air compressor (or can borrow one) then you can do the job yourself for 1/2 the price of the cost of going to a dealer for Rhinoliner.
The product used is a 2 part epoxy and its pretty simple to apply (heck I did it). You need an "undercoating" spray gun, they cost about $15 and can be treated as 'disposable' after the job is done because clean up is sort of a pain. Mix the two parts of the epoxy resins, add in the rubber bits and the color (some are pre-colored, some can be color matched to your bed, etc) and connect it to your air compressor and spray away. The hardest part is collecting newspaper and masking off all the areas around that you don't want to spray. An undercoating gun sort of spurts the mixture out and it can sputter the mix outside of your intended target area so you need to take some time to mask off the areas you want protected.
Look for 2 part epoxy bedliners on Ebay. You'll find it there. Do not try to use the 1 part paints, they are simply think paint and won't offer protection.

The system that Melensdad works well , but not all single stage bedcoatings should be overlooked as I,ve found some to be as good & in some cases better depending on your needs .
If you dont want the thick buildup I would suggest using Duplicolors aeresol bedliner . You still have to make sure everythings covered good & masked of & must have adequate ventilation & wear a good respirator . they also make a kit that is 2 part that can be rolled & brushed on which if done properlly have great results .
These products are also probablly a bit cheaper then some of the other bedliner kits but just as tough . They can be found at most real automotive stores , i,m not sure about the auto zone type stores though . Here is a link to both spray or roll on . The aeresol cans are around 9 bucks a piece & if done according to the directions they cover quite a bit of area . I hope this helps .

FYI , I,ve done dozens of pickup beds , step plates , inner tractor fenders & used it on Our Harley davidson golfcarts we use around the property . I just got done with these two the other day . Inside of beds & lower part are the aeresol duplicolor . Best of luck .
