Trail Ride Week

Been up in Wawa, Ontario all week atv riding. Had to take my wore out 17 year old Sportsman 500 H.O. because my newer 570 has been a lemon piece of junk since day one. The 500 has been a great machine, it's just getting really wore out. All the driveline has all kinds of play in, the carb is wore right out, even found a piece of circlip laying on the floor of my pickup today that holds one of the U-joints together.
But, it was the ONLY machine that had no issue the entire week, LOL But the wife and I are sure feeling it today, after a week of trying to keep up with new RZR 1000's and turbo 1000 Can Am's at 50/60 MPH all day.
Looking forward to getting back home and getting back into my Kubota RTV 1100C. This ride just proved that is the only one I am interested in now.

Yes, scenery is beautiful, lots of lakes, mountains and old mine sites. Never saw too much out in the wild, it is bird season, so lots of hunters out.
But we had a momma bear and a cub at the motel here every night. Got some video of them walking by the motel room doors.
They are having a bear problem in town here right now. But they are just black bears, so they are pretty docile.

Here's momma sniffing my Polaris.

My friends own a motel up here. I told my wife, we are going to come back up with just the RTV and go by ourselves sometime so we can just cruise at our own pace and enjoy the scenery. It's perfect up here for the RTV because a lot of the trails are old rail beds or logging roads.

There is mud, if that's what you are into, but you can go anywhere without having to go into the mud.
