I just discovered something you may want to try. Take one of those kabobs and fry like chicken .-- Discovered this on the way to Ark.They add dill pickle slices too...all of it is fried with a delicious artery clogging crispy crust. Oh, I forgot to mention squirting lemon and dashing pepper on that grilled fish in the previous post. I put mine in a wire 2 sided fish holder and turn it so the outside of the fish looks sort of like your kabobs. Little crisps here and there and that dash of dill weed (not seed), makes a nice healthy meal. --So do you freeze those shrimp in water to help preserve 'em?
