While you're checking, determine whether there is any up and down or side to side movement of the compressor/turbine common shaft. Shaft should rotate freely, but there should be no significant movement of the shaft (spindle) away from it's long axis. Also, pass a (clean) finger or soft probe...

Looks like you're slinging oil from compressor side (the cooler aluminum side) of turbocharger into the intake manifold tube. Disconnect charge air pipe and look at compressor blades and see if there's any oil or residue on blades. If there is, your compressor spindle bearing may be going bad...
