bczoom and Tommy. I took bc's suggestion and went out and did some measuring. The fix is real simple do not know why I did not see it before. There are four threaded holes in the top of the grill guard and all that will be required is to get a 10" by 15" plate about 1/4" or 3/8" thick. Drill 4 holes 3 5/8" outfrom the 10" end. To match the hole pattern on the bumper.Two end holeslooks likethey are 81/4 on center, with the center holes 33/8" from the outside holes. Measurement looked like1 5/8" between center holesA couple of additional holes could be addedfor additional holding power if required but I doubt they would be required looking at the size of the threaded holes already in the grill guard.The mounting plate I bought at Harbor Tools could bolted directly to the plate or for that matter any winch probably.</P>
