Lug nut torque spec on 1140

Looked all over the web and couldn't find specs on lug nut torque for my 1140 so I thought I would ask the experts! Need to remove wheels to install Peanut's stick stoppers and wanted to know proper torque setting for when I put them back on.

BTW - from the factory, some of the lug nuts were a serious BEAR to break loose. Needed a cheater and even then it was tough. Wonder why on earth they feel the need to drive them so darn hard with the impact wrench

I didn't need to remove the wheel to install the stick stoppers, it probably would have been easier. Love em.

80-90 lbs of torque oughta keep the wheels on. I installed Peanut's stick stoppers without removing the wheels. But if I had it to do over ... I'd remove the wheels.

My comment about "tight" was half in jest and probably not the answer you're looking for.
I looked in my 900 owners manual and it says:
(1) Torque wheel bolts to 75 to 90 N-m (7.6 to 9.2 kgf-m) (55.3 to 66.4 ft-lbs)

I'd think yours is the same unless otherwise noted in your owners manual.

I may be wrong, but I think tater drivers post states it. Think they are calling it
a " Rear Wheel Mounting Screw". Beside it gives the torque.

I believe you're right after reading it closer. Who in the hell calls a lug nut a "Rear Wheel Mounting Screw"?!?!?!??!

Ok, one more time:

Propeller shaft slotted nut - commonly called AXLE NUT - 60 ft lbs torque would be good

Rear wheel mounting screw - commonly called WHEEL BOLTS or WHEEL NUTS or LUG NUTS - 110 ft lbs torque

Now the latest recommendation for the axle nut is 140 ft lbs as mentioned here in another post.
