Well i have had it for a couple of days and know proplems to speak of .It Is a basicly stock 1100. Iplan on taking outthe arrestor this week . I work on a big cattle ranch in northern ca about 10,000 acres we ride horses most of the time but use atv for fixing fencce and delivering feed to some remote areas of the ranch. I was tired of baking and freezing so i bought one with my own money to use . We have some really steep hills that might be a challenge pretty good footing unless there is snow but is usally only a couple of inches at a time could be hairy coming back down. right now the roads are 2 inches deep with dust so i think i need a high rise air cleaner to keep it out of the dust. Probable will add some lights and a stereo would be nice too. keeping evrthing stock untill i figure out its capabilities. we have a few creek crossing that dont have bridges so i will have to see how deep i can go with out hurting things the creeks have good rocky bottoms not mud just the depth will be the problem. So far i love it and now everbody want one but hard to afford it on cowboy wages im lucky my better half has a good paying job. Love this site lots of good info think i have read every post before i bought it. Thanks Tim

Hi King. Congrats on your new RTV and welcome to our little tractor and RTV Froums. :tiphat: I'm glad you found us.

Sounds like you have the kind of place where you will give the RTV a real workout. I hope you will post reviews of how it does for you. I have a feeling you will be tickled with the way it works. :thumb:

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new RTV!!

Sounds like your terrain may demand some decent tires. What OEM tires do you have on it?

tires

They are the stock worksite tires or allterain tires. I will probable get the itp 589 in stock size once the tires wear down some and i do a little more research on there weight carrying capability and how they will work in snow . Thanks Tim

Welcome to the gang.having that climate controled cab is gonna be a huge plus when workin outside.

eeerr, how ya gonna get any work done outside, if yer sittin in the 'climate controled cab'??? :bangin: :hide:

Yea hunting snakes go to my facebook page snd take a look at that 5 foot cottonmouth i got this morning .you can get more work done if you have a cool place to go to when things get to hot rather than sweat all day long. I guess that ac would come in handy as a nice break area in the fields.

PEANUT: Post a pic or two of the 5' cottonmouth. I've seen beaucoup cottonmouths during my years, but never one that big. I shoot several dozen a year on our ponds, but the longest I remember was about 46". The longest one I shot in 2011 was 40", I think ... got a picture somewhere on my iPhone. I can't imagine a 5' monster.
