I have an 1120D and I am taking copious notes!!!! I am actually following most of this. What a great site.
So I have jumped in with both feet! I have taken apart and with my untrained eye, I don’t see any thing broken. Pictures attached. All bearings move freely. All springs are good, etc… the only thing that I am not sure off is- when I move the shift lever it does not move the inside shaft that it seems to be connected to. What do y’all see?first check the easy stuff.... put it in neutral on a flat surface and see it it rolls easy? if it does then the brakes arent seized. in order for it to move in gear the hst speed lever must travel free and not spin on the shaft...not so common but check anyway. while your back there check the high pressure relief poppet to make sure it releases and resets properly. might lube it and cycle it a few times also. check these things and check back??? please? jack up the rear wheels off of the ground put in gear and throttle up to see if the rear wheels will spin without resistance??
I have learned a lot. I feel like I can try anything with these guys helping me through it!I have an 1120D and I am taking copious notes!!!! I am actually following most of this. What a great site.
that red arrow is pointing to the speed control servo piston. with proper charge pressure and attached to the machine it will tilt the swash plate. when the swash tilts it begins to pump high pressure oil to the valve assy and it will begin to rotate. the valve body assy is basically a rotary piston motor and it turns the input shaft that is attached to the gear train in the high low reverse gears.View attachment 14143View attachment 14144View attachment 14145View attachment 14146View attachment 14147View attachment 14148View attachment 14149View attachment 14150View attachment 14151So this last picture show where I move the lever but nothing inside moves. Am I missing something? Should it shift when I move the lever?
Thank you! Ok I will try and order a new charge pump and come back once I get it. Thanks againgetting those plugs out can be a bear. the gasket leaking shouldn't cause your no pressure problem. you can use anaerobic sealer if you want. in order to build high pressure you first need to have proper charge pressure to fill the high side pumps.

Any suggestions on breaking loose the low pressure screw? And do you know what size Allen wrench it takes?getting those plugs out can be a bear. the gasket leaking shouldn't cause your no pressure problem. you can use anaerobic sealer if you want. in order to build high pressure you first need to have proper charge pressure to fill the high side pumps.
I will try that. Thanks for the suggestioni have used a punch and a hammer to shock the plug a few times. sorry i don't remember the size? might try an impact wrech?
Great I will do that and let you knowget the flow schematic out of the wsm and look for the bypass flow valves. take them out and clean and inspect them there is a possibility you can adjust them. it the bypass isn't leaking then there is an internal leak at the plates or in the high pressure valve block assy
MikeGreat I will do that and let you know
As always, Thank you!
