The Other White Meat

i have been switchin over to them rechargeble batteries i use the energizer ones in all my lights and i used a set in my fuji camers and they do pretty good the only thing is they are only good for a month or just a bit over a month but they are worth it because you can recharge them over and over. i have a car charger and a home charger for them .i useAA/AAA/D sizeenergizerrechargable batteries. just when you buy them go with the highest nuber thats on the side of the battery i think mine are the highest power ones and they say 2450 i think.

Ordered me a set of 8 Tenergy D cell 10,000 mAh high capacity rate NiMH rechargable batteries and charger. They are not cheap but will pay for themselves in only 6 months if you figure a set of 4 Durracell once a month. In the meantime I put in another brand new set today and it would not even power up. Went to the Cuddeback web site and went through their troubleshooting. Looks like a return is in order.

I did pick up another cheaper (Wildgame) brand on Black Friday for $49. Takes good daytime photos but not as good as the Cuddeback for night time shots. Got one shot of a kid on a 4 wheeler trucking down the pipeline that crosses my place. The trigger spot had to be over 40-50 foot from my camera. Not once for a lucky shot but 4 times in a half hour.

It also caught this pair of night prowlers trying to sneak in the back gate. Dang I knew there were deer out here but did not suspect they were hanging out in the front pasture. The funny part was I had just went through that gate 30 minutes before checking the hog trap before heading to work that day.

Sure hate to hear that about your Cuddeback. We've never had no problems to talk about, other than beardamaging them. I do havetwo camera's, that the batteries, after installing them, one has totwist them to make them make contact.....But Cuddeback, has agood warranty....

If you could just get a camera shotof theface of the " rider", and give it to the sheriff's office. All you would have to do isbust one. Word get's around quickly.

Sent the Cuddeback in for waranty repair. In the meantime have to settle for poor night time shots. This camera take great daytime shots from a great distance but night time is not so good.

Would of likes a better pic of this guy out at the lease. He was less than 15 foot from camera.
